Returns

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Incorrect or damaged items received
  
  
• Non-delivery due to our operational issue
  
  

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement if the order has not yet been processed.
  
  
• Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
